Work Flow and which Photo Lab Which photo print lab should I use as a professional photography? Friend, Local or one of the large interstate labs. I have used them all and think it come down to time, budget, size of the print and most of all work flow. From my personal experience I find doing business with friends is fort with danger. It is fine to have friends in business as long as you keep all business dealings professional.
Are local photo labs good enough to use for professional printing? The answer is yes, if time is a factor i.e. "the customer need the photos today" then I will use a local photo lab. One that I have built up a business relationship with. The local photo photo labs do a good job, but calibration and print size is a issue.
